Hamburger...................................................... One half pound of prime ground beef cooked to order and served with lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise on a toasted sesame seed bun.
Cheeseburger.................................................. One half pound of prime ground beef dressed like our hamburger and topped with melted American cheese and served on a toasted sesame seed bun.
Hamburger Club.............................................. Six ounces of prime ground beef added to our Club Sandwich and stacked on three layers of texas toast.
Grilled Chicken and Vegetables........................ A six ounce breast, seasoned with our secret recipe and grilled with an assortment of vegetables. The juiciest in town!
Manchac Catfish............................................. Thin sliced premium catfish, lightly battered and fried to a golden brown - shipped in fresh daily from Manchac, LA.
Blackened Chicken.......................................... Trimmed, butterflied, and grilled with our own variety of blackening seasonings. Juicy with a kick.
Soup and Salad............................................... Your choice of our large house or Caesar salad and our soup of the day.
Pecan Trout Specialty ................................... A twist on our delicious trout almondine dish, passed in a honey wash and baked covered with crushed pecans.
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp................................... Six jumbo shrimp wrapped in prime bacon strips and fried to a deep golden brown. Awesome!
Bacon Wrapped Chicken.................................. Our popular chicken pieces wrapped with bacon strips and fried to a deep golden brown.
Seafood Sampler............................................. One crab steak, two fried shrimp, two fried oysters, two fried bacon wrapped shrimp and fried catfish. Seafood lovers dish.
Sirloin............................................................. An eight ounce cut of strip sirloin, grilled to your choice and served with our famous au jus gravy.
Steak Sandwich.............................................. A five ounce cut of USDA Prime Rib-eye, served open faced over toast with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonaise.
Half & Half...................................................... Six each of Louisiana Gulf shrimp and oysters deep fried.
